Geez, you must be pretty interested if you come to the shittest part of every website where the business owner cringes, sweats a little and then has to write about who they are and why they’re awesome.

So - firstly, thanks a bunch for stopping by and welcome to Jade Philp | Photographer - A business and portrait studio based in the gorgeous town of Lyndoch, South Australia. Jade is the one in the picture above and the creator of this brand!

We photograph families here - of all types and sizes and have a focus on product creation so by the end of this experience, you’ll be leaving with your heart and hands full of beautiful memories and keepsakes. It sounds so damn corny but honestly, we love what we do here and funnily enough most people don’t actually fully appreciate what we do until years and years later when they look back on the memories that we create - But for us, that is the BEST part of it.

We make stuff, that yes - is bloody gorgeous, but it ONLY GETS BETTER with age. Every year that goes by - the product we create becomes more and more special. Have you ever sat on your phone and looked back on photos of your kids when they were babies? Do you ever sit there and remember taking that photo, but not really feeling a strong connection to it at the time? It’s just your baby looking cute as shit right?? But now, 5 years later, it’s almost got you in tears because your babies are definitely not babies anymore.. Yeah - thats what we do. It literally makes our heart sing.

Jade, a mum of 2, midwife by trade and (one of) the lady’s behind the lens, shoots her sessions mostly outdoors, here in the Barossa Valley at the most beautiful locations, which yield the MOST beautiful photos. She also goes to people’s homes and conducts sessions within the hospital setting.

With a focus on the family unit, we photograph all stages in your life from your baby bump, through to extended families and generation portraits, (probably should say this too - YES we do also shoot commercial work too (AND LOVE IT) and nooooo we no longer shoot weddings unless your a past family client sorry!).

Anyways, our aim during your session is to capture connections, real life moments and your family as you are, right now. We aren’t a stand and pose style of experience and our sessions focus largely on play and laughter.. We are all about adventure, getting those natural laughs, having fun and feeling relaxed! With a unique style of shooting and an experience like no other- we hope you love our style and can’t wait to hear from you soon!
